A Green Inn

 

The Birdhouse Inn has ten non-smoking rooms with king beds and double whirlpool tubs. Every room has a view to our woods, grounds and two oxbow ponds. Inn rooms are spacious with vaulted ceilings and beautiful handmade tiles in the bathrooms. Organic bedding includes sheets, duvet covers and quilts. Our comforters and pillows are made from Wisconsin sheep wool covered in 100% organic cotton from Kerry Hills Farms near Milwaukee.

We operate a non-smoking property. As a courtesy to our guests, pets are not allowed.

Summer Rates (March 27 - October 31)

  • Sunday-Thursday: $160/night
  • Friday + Saturday: $175/night

Winter Rates (November 1 - February 16th)

  • Monday-Wednesdays: Closed (Unless you reserve 4 or more rooms)
  • Thursday, Friday + Saturday: $160/night

Rates include a continental breakfast with fresh fruit, coffee/tea/juice, and fresh baked Yummies conveniently delivered to your room.

If you require more lodging for your special event or group, we can recommend additional hotels near The Creamery.

We accommodate many cyclists as The Birdhouse Inn is situated on the Red Cedar River Trail. Enjoy easy access to the biking trail via a short ride thru town. We offer bike rentals and breakfast/lunch options for cyclists at The Brickhouse Bakery + Café, our casual bakery, coffee and sandwich shop.

For events & meetings

The Birdhouse Inn’s gathering room (The Hawk’s Nest) and conference room (The Eagle’s Nest) open onto beautifully landscaped courtyards and have large windows with natural sunlight. Perfect for family gatherings, corporate planning and team-building sessions, bridal or baby showers, group dinners or seminars/retreats, our special event rooms are open, light and comfortable. Catering from The Restaurant or the Brickhouse Café is available for all events hosted at the inn.
