Our food philosophy is local, local, local! We use the freshest and, when possible, organic ingredients for our seasonal menus. Our Chef has relentlessly pursued local farmers, growers, and foragers to bring the best seasonal food to our menus. Enjoy!
Executive Chef Brian Griep was trained at a culinary school in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. He offers diverse experience ranging from small town pubs to metropolitan fine dining. Using fresh herbs, literally a step out of his kitchen door, he believes good food can be simple, straight forward cuisine. A few, fresh ingredients are all that it takes to produce wonderful tastes.

Dinner - sample menu
- Roasted Beets with mustard greens, walnuts, feta and a lemon, garlic, caper vinaigrette
- Seared Sea Scallops with ricotta, pistachios, oyster mushrooms, beurre blanc, and white truffle oil
- Miso Glazed Halibut with sesame seeds, soba noodles, garlic, peppers, and pea tendrils
- Grilled Bison Ribeye with caramelized onions, truffled mushroom demi glace, and parsley oil
- Chardonnay Braised Lamb Shoulder with mustard greens and spicy tomato sauce
- Duck Confit and Herb Ravioli with arugula, goat cheese, mushrooms, garlic, and red wine pan sauce
Weekend brunch - sample menu
- Oatmeal Brulé with a layer of custard, caramelized sugar, and fruit
- Whole Grain Sourdough and Granola Pancakes with fresh fruit and maple syrup
- Wild Mushroom and Leek Crustless Quiche with Mississippi greens, and arugula aioli
- Eggs Benedict on Smoked Trout Cakes with lemon hollandaise
- Bison Sliders with blue cheese, caramelized onions, and bacon on honey brioche
- Blue Prawns with house made pasta, garlic, herbs, and a white wine cream sauce

The Creamery Restaurant is open for dinner Thursday - Monday and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. We appreciate dining reservations especially for parties of eight or more & seat walk-in parties on a “first come, first serve” basis. Our more casual Brickhouse Bakery + Café is open from 10 AM to 7 PM, 7 days a week, Memorial Day Week - Labor Day Week.
