Harvest Wine Dinner at The New Creamery Restaurant

Please join us for a special six-course harvest dinner with optional wine-pairings at The New Creamery Restaurant on Saturday, October 25, 2008. Each mouth-watering course reflects the best ingredients available during the fall harvest season and will be paired with wines selected by our sommelier.

Six courses with wine pairings = $95.

Six courses without wine = $65.

This special seasonal menu dinner is limited to 45 participants and reservations are required. The dinner starts at 6 PM.

  • Roasted Beets with a Toasted Garlic Caper Vinaigrette, Feta, Walnuts and Spinach
  • Seared Sea Scallops on a Celery Root Puree’ with Black Truffle Oil, Lemon Zest and Mississippi Greens
  • Alaskan Halibut on Roasted, Spiced Parsnips and Sweet Potatoes, Sautéed Mustard Greens with a Honey Fennel Vinaigrette
  • Quince and Orange Sorbet with Cardamom Spiced Almonds
  • Grilled Lamb Loin with Yukon Gold Potato, Butternut Squash, Gruyere Terrine with Mascarpone Mustard
  • Grass-Fed New York Strip on an Onion, Potato and Herb Hash with Tempura Enoki Mushrooms
